🧾 Job Summary
Crossline Knit Fabrics Ltd. is looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Executive (Commercial) to manage and execute commercial operations related to knit fabric and garment manufacturing. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on knowledge of export–import procedures, banking documentation, bonded warehouse compliance, and commercial coordination.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Execute daily commercial operations of the factory
Prepare and maintain import & export documentation (L/C, UD, EXP, IP, PI, CI, PL, B/L, AWB, etc.)
Assist in L/C opening, amendment, negotiation, and follow-up with banks
Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities
Ensure timely shipment and proper submission of documentation
Prepare, face, and resolve Bond Audit issues, including:
Responding to audit queries
Preparing audit-related documents
Ensuring compliance with bonded warehouse rules
Closing audit observations within stipulated time
Maintain records related to bond license, customs, BGMEA, EPB, and other regulatory bodies
Handle commercial discrepancies, claims, and follow-ups
Ensure compliance with company policies and trade regulations
Prepare regular commercial reports and documentation summaries
🎯 Required Knowledge & Skills
Strong knowledge of Garment & Knit Fabric Commercial Operations
Good understanding of Export–Import procedures
Practical knowledge of L/C, TT, DP, DA payment systems
Knowledge of Incoterms (FOB, CIF, CFR, etc.)
Experience with bonded warehouse and customs documentation
Strong experience handling Bond Audit and regulatory compliance
Ability to respond to audit points and compliance issues
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Ability to work independently under guidance and meet deadlines
🎓 Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related discipline
Master’s degree will be an added advantage
🧠 Experience Requirements
Minimum 6–8 years of experience in the Commercial Department of a reputed Garment/Textile Manufacturing Company
Experience in Knit Fabric or Garment Industry will be preferred
💰 Salary & Benefits
Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and competency)

ইমপোর্ট ও এক্সপোর্ট ডকুমেন্টেশন প্রস্তুত ও সংরক্ষণ (L/C, UD, EXP, IP, PI, CI, PL, B/L, AWB ইত্যাদি)
L/C ওপেনিং, অ্যামেন্ডমেন্ট, নেগোশিয়েশন ও ব্যাংকের সাথে ফলোআপ
ক্রেতা, সরবরাহকারী, ফ্রেইট ফরওয়ার্ডার, শিপিং লাইন ও কাস্টমস কর্তৃপক্ষের সাথে সমন্বয়
সময়মতো শিপমেন্ট নিশ্চিত করা ও সঠিক ডকুমেন্ট জমা দেওয়া
বন্ড অডিট সংক্রান্ত কাজ পরিচালনা, যেমন:
অডিট প্রশ্নের জবাব প্রদান
অডিট সংক্রান্ত কাগজপত্র প্রস্তুত
বন্ডেড ওয়্যারহাউস নিয়ম মেনে চলা
নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে অডিট আপত্তি নিষ্পত্তি
বন্ড লাইসেন্স, কাস্টমস, BGMEA, EPB ও অন্যান্য নিয়ন্ত্রক সংস্থার রেকর্ড সংরক্ষণ
কমার্শিয়াল বিভ্রাট, দাবি (claims) ও ফলোআপ ব্যবস্থাপনায় সহায়তা
কোম্পানির নীতিমালা ও বাণিজ্যিক আইন মেনে কাজ করা
নিয়মিত কমার্শিয়াল রিপোর্ট ও ডকুমেন্ট সারসংক্ষেপ প্রস্তুত
