A reputed and leading Ready-Made Garments (RMG) Factory is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional for the position of:

DGM – HR, Admin & Compliance (Retired Army Officer Only)
📍 Job Location
Habiganj, Bangladesh
💰 Salary Range
BDT 250,000 – 300,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Human Resources
Advise management on HR policies, staffing strategies, recruitment, and retention programs
Conduct manpower planning & budgeting and ensure alignment with approved plans
Maintain and update the organizational structure (organogram)
Develop and improve performance management systems
Lead employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture
Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, promotions, and increments
Identify training needs and manage in-house training programs
Coordinate with all departments to achieve organizational goals
Supervise and mentor HR team members
Ensure employee welfare and well-being
🔹 Administration
Oversee overall factory administration
Monitor store department activities
Manage and supervise transport pool operations
Ensure security management for people and assets
Maintain liaison with government and non-government bodies (DC, SP, UNO, Police, RAB, BGB, Fire Service, etc.)
Coordinate with regulatory authorities for licenses, renewals, and compliance
Support expatriate employees as per company policy
🔹 Compliance
Ensure compliance with buyer codes of conduct
Conduct and manage audits for certifications such as:
BSCI, HIGG-FEM, SLCP, OCS, RCS, GOTS, OEKO-TEX, SEDEX, C-TPAT
Lead all social and compliance audits
Take necessary corrective actions to maintain compliance standards
🎓 Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
⏳ Experience
15 – 25 years of relevant experience
Must be a Retired Army Officer

- কর্মীদের অভিযোগ, শাস্তিমূলক ব্যবস্থা, পদোন্নতি পরিচালনা
- প্রশিক্ষণ কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা
- কর্মীদের কল্যাণ নিশ্চিত করা
🔹 প্রশাসন (Administration)
- কারখানার সার্বিক প্রশাসন তদারকি
- স্টোর ও পরিবহন ব্যবস্থাপনা
- নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থাপনা নিশ্চিত করা
- সরকারি ও বেসরকারি সংস্থার সাথে সমন্বয়
- লাইসেন্স ও সনদ নবায়ন কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা
- প্রবাসী কর্মীদের সহায়তা প্রদান
🔹 কমপ্লায়েন্স (Compliance)
- ক্রেতার কোড অব কন্ডাক্ট বাস্তবায়ন
- BSCI, HIGG, SLCP, GOTS, OEKO-TEX, SEDEX সহ সকল অডিট পরিচালনা
- সকল সামাজিক ও কমপ্লায়েন্স অডিট তদারকি
- কমপ্লায়েন্স সংক্রান্ত সকল কার্যক্রম বাস্তবায়ন
🎓 শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা:
স্নাতক ডিগ্রি
⏳ অভিজ্ঞতা:
১৫ – ২৫ বছর
✔ অবসরপ্রাপ্ত সেনা কর্মকর্তা হতে হবে
