📝 Job Summary
The Officer/Senior Officer (Compliance) will ensure adherence to legal standards and internal policies. This role involves developing compliance programs, reviewing policies, identifying risks, and advising management on regulatory matters.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain internal control systems to ensure compliance
• Evaluate and improve compliance procedures continuously
• Identify risks and non-compliance issues through regular reviews
• Draft, update, and implement company policies
• Coordinate with Legal and HR teams on regulatory compliance
• Conduct compliance audits and investigations
• Provide training on compliance standards and regulations
• Address employee concerns regarding legal compliance
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices
• Prepare reports for management and regulatory authorities
🎓 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree, or related field
• Master’s degree in any discipline (preferred)
• PGD in Social Compliance will be an added advantage
• Proven experience in compliance or a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of compliance management systems
• Expertise in risk assessment and mitigation
