- Factory Manager (Head of Production)
The Factory Manager will play a key role in overseeing the entire production cycle from Cut-to-Ship. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and coordination skills to ensure smooth operations in both Knit & Woven garments production.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the full production process and ensure timely delivery of finished products
Monitor workflow and maintain quality standards at every stage of production
Coordinate between production, quality control, planning, and other departments
Implement best practices to enhance productivity and minimize operational disruptions
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
Experience: Minimum 12 years in Knit & Woven garment production
Education: Graduate degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent)
- Manager (Screen Printing)
The Manager (Screen Printing) will be responsible for overseeing all screen printing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely completion of production schedules.
Responsibilities:
Supervise the screen printing department and workflow
Ensure high-quality printing standards in all products
Coordinate with the production and quality teams to meet deadlines
Implement process improvements and optimize operational efficiency
Manage resources effectively and train staff to achieve production targets
Experience: Minimum 12 years in screen printing or related operations
Education: Graduate degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent)

দায়িত্ব:
সম্পূর্ণ প্রোডাকশন প্রক্রিয়া তদারকি ও সময়মতো পণ্যের ডেলিভারি নিশ্চিত করা
ওয়ার্কফ্লো মনিটরিং ও প্রতিটি ধাপে মান নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা
প্রোডাকশন, কোয়ালিটি কন্ট্রোল, পরিকল্পনা ও অন্যান্য বিভাগের মধ্যে সমন্বয়
প্রোডাক্টিভিটি বৃদ্ধি ও অপারেশনাল সমস্যার সমাধান
কোম্পানির নীতি, নিরাপত্তা ও শিল্প মানের সাথে সঙ্গতি নিশ্চিত করা

ম্যানেজার (স্ক্রিন প্রিন্টিং) দায়িত্বে থাকবেন স্ক্রিন প্রিন্টিং অপারেশন পরিচালনা, কার্যকারিতা ও গুণমান নিশ্চিত করা।
দায়িত্ব:
স্ক্রিন প্রিন্টিং বিভাগের তদারকি ও কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা
পণ্যের প্রিন্টিং মান বজায় রাখা
প্রোডাকশন ও কোয়ালিটি টিমের সঙ্গে সমন্বয়
প্রক্রিয়া উন্নয়ন ও অপারেশনাল দক্ষতা বৃদ্ধি
সম্পদ পরিচালনা ও স্টাফ ট্রেনিং
